Physical Music (CDs & Vinyl)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened and unused.

To start a return, email support@willdempseymusic.com with your order number.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
Apparel, Hats, Mugs, and Other Merchandise
Each item is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@willdempseymusic.com with a photo and order number, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
